The "Facilitate Your Arrival" service allows you to enter the necessary details for your check-in to save time when you arrive.
The day of your departure, no need to come back to reception thanks to your easy check-out.

How to use the Facilitate Your Arrival service
To fill in the form(s), log in to your Member Space to:
- Open your Club Med Pass account online
- Provide your bank information to pay all your expenses automatically upon departure
You will receive an email informing you about the service availability:
- 30 days before your departure for Great Members Turquoise
- 40 days before your departure for Great Members Silver, Gold and Platinum.
The service is available up to three days before your arrival, allowing the G.Os® to best prepare your stay.
Upon your arrival
• Ask the reception for your room key / bracelet and useful information for your stay.
• Meet with Baby Club Med, Petit Club Med or Mini Club Med G.Os upon arrival to find out about your children's activities and finalize their registration.
• Make the most of your stay!
