4/5 • 02/04/2025部屋が広く、布団も寝やすかったです。ただ用意された4本の内2本が蓋が空回りして開けられませんでした(笑)スタッフのサービスはとても良かったです。

Amazing trip
5/5 • 02/04/2025Just returned from another awesome visit, I have been to a number of Club Med’s and the team here was great. Despite the weather there was always a lot on. Thanks to Kara, Tarryn, Ashleigh and Sid for everything throughout my stay, the best G.O.’s ever. Also thank you to Charna, Rata and Roy from the bar team for their help. Will definitely return.

5/5 • 01/04/2025まず、日本人スタッフのHirokoさんには大変お世話になりました！クラブメッドは外国だから、とその良い点を見るようにしてきましたが、Hirokoさんは日本の良さと外国の良さを両方体現されている方だと思います。クラブメッドでこのような日本スタイルの接客は初めてでした。多くの日本人カスタマーをお一人で対応され、お休みの日にも見送りなどに出て来られる等、今の時代にはなかなか日本でも感じることができないマニュアルを超えたおもてなしの心を感じました。日々、すべきことをこなしていればいいやと、変に今の時代を大活用していた自分の働き方を見直すきっかけをくださいました。
またどこかでお会いしたいです(^^)
